  Muscle Containment Stamping (MCS) tracks the glutes; to aid postural awareness for pelvic and lower back stability, hamstrings; for muscle tension during lifting and squatting, quads; to reduce impact during running, jumping and squatting and the calf; for injuries due to acceleration and deceleration phases.
